The Atlas Farm Online Store is open for business! We have transitioned to a 100% curbside pickup model, which means that we are CLOSED TO IN-PERSON SHOPPING. Please read through the instructions below, as they contain important information about ordering and pickup.

To place an order online:

  2. From the drop-down menu on the left, select the day you want to pick up your order. (Example: “Monday Store Pickup”)
  3. If this is your first order, you will need to create a login. Follow the prompts to register, then continue shopping.
  4. To add an item to your order, click the + symbol next the to item name, enter the quantity you would like, and click “Add to Order”.
  5. Continue to add items to your order until you have everything you need.
  6. To check out, click the cart icon in the menu bar, and select “View and Confirm Order”. (Tip: To remove an item, click the edit icon next to the item and adjust the quantity to zero.)
  7. To pay with a MARKET SHARE, enter your 15-digit card number in the “notes” field.
  8. To pay with a CREDIT CARD, use the “Payment Information” option in the left sidebar to add your credit card information. We will use this secure information to charge your card once we have processed your order.
  9. To use SNAP/HIP or CASH, you will need to pay when you pick up.
  10. Click “Confirm Order”.

Please allow us 2-3 hours to pack your order. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup. For same-day pickup, you must place your online order by 3pm. Pickup hours are 9am-5pm, Monday-Saturday. The Farm Store is closed on Sundays until further notice.

When you arrive to pick up, call (413) 397-3587 or (413) 397-3598. We will bring your order out to you. We are experiencing a large volume of phone calls at this time, so if you can’t get through, please wait a moment and try again.

Thank you so much for keeping your purchases local and supporting Atlas Farm during this transition! If you need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Online Ordering FAQ

Q: Do you have ___? I don't see it online.
A: We are adding inventory to the online store as it arrives. If you don't see an item online, it's probably sold out. We receive deliveries from vendors every day, though, so keep checking.

Q: I placed an order. Can I add something?
A: You can add items to an online order, even after you've confirmed the order. Return to the products page and add the items just as you did when you created your initial order. You do not need to call us.

Q: I added something to my order by mistake! How do I delete it?
A: You can use the edit icon next to the item in your shopping cart to adjust the ordered quantity. If you want to remove an item, adjust the quantity to zero.

Q: I entered my credit card on the site, but the confirmation email says I still need to pay.
A: No worries! We won't charge your card until the end of the day, so as long as your card information has been added to your online account, you're all set. We will contact you if we need additional information.
Q: How do I pay for an order with my Market Share?
Please enter your 15-digit card number in the "notes" field of your order. You can do this either before you confirm your order, or after.

Q: Can I add money to my Market Share online or over the phone?
A: Yes! The best way to renew your Market Share is to do so online. Here's the link to that site:

Q: The site won't let me place an order for next week. What's wrong?
A: Each ordering period on the online store is seven days long and begins/ends on Saturday evening. This means that you can't place an order for the coming week until Saturday evening (6:05pm). Thanks for your patience!
